Lacqraft is a brand that reinterprets traditional Korean lacquerware through a contemporary lens, sharing its quiet beauty with the modern world.
The name 'Lacqraft' is a combination of 'Lacquer' and 'Craft', and its logo—shaped from the letters L and a—symbolizes a tray placed on a table.
Driven by a desire to bring the elegance of lacquer into everyday life, we create objects that are both practical and refined—balancing the artistry of craft with the functionality of daily use.
From vibrant tablescapes to everyday items, we discover Lacqraft’s purpose in the small joys and moments of inspiration our pieces bring.
We remain committed to uncompromising quality and will continue to craft pieces that elevate the everyday.
- Lacquerware is vulnerable to high heat (above 70°C), strong acids, and oils. Spicy dishes like kimchi stew or curry may stain the surface and cause color fading. Immediate cleaning is recommended to maintain the lacquer finish.
- Wipe gently with a damp soft cloth and dry immediately. Use a mild detergent and soft sponge if necessary.
- Do not use dishwashers, dryers, or microwaves.
- If moisture is left on the tray to dry naturally, water spots may form. Wipe with a dry cloth immediately after rinsing, or place on a drying rack.
- Water spots and oil smudges may appear more visible on matte surfaces.
Wipe them off with a dry cloth to maintain clarity. - For scratch prevention, store trays flat in a safe place. Insert a soft cloth between stacked trays.
- Color may appear different depending on lighting or screen settings.
Minor differences between photos and actual products may occur. - Each piece is handmade. During the lacquer process, minor flow marks, micro-scratches, pinholes, and slight bumps or dents may appear. These are not defects but characteristics of handcrafted items and are not valid reasons for exchange or refund.
- The glossy surface of the metal matte finish may naturally develop fine marks with use. The unglazed base is finished to enhance the natural texture. These are not grounds for return or exchange.
- The metal matte texture may leave faint scratches or dark marks when dragged across a table. These can be removed with a soft cloth.
- Everyday wear marks may occur depending on usage or storage. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for return/exchange. For more information, refer to our return policy below.
